While the majority of opinion leaders sampled, 83.4 per cent, view the 9/11 attacks on the US as a terrorist acts, and 82.8 per cent of respondents said they consider armed military operations against the US-led allied forces in Iraq to be non-terrorist acts.Could our failure to implement basic security measures to protect Iraqis from looting, the lack of electricity, health care problems, and basically inept planning have something to do with the anger and ambivalence towards our men and women serving in Iraq? Perhaps.
